She started with a summary of important documents including airline info, hotel and car rental reservations and then suggested a wonderful day by day itinerary. The itinerary included great detailed descriptions along with pictures, cost, and links for directions. Maddy came up with many different activities with all the things we love to do, snorkeling, hiking, e-bike tour, a luau, road to Hana tour, and Pearl Harbor/USS Arizona and Honolulu city tour.
The restaurants she suggested were highly rated with much local flair and ranged from fancy to very casual. As another nice touch, Maddy included an audio version where she verbally shared personal experiences with even more detail on the venues. Her attention to details was impressive. In addition, Maddy got us a free room upgrade that came with its very own private walk out balcony overlooking the town of Amalfi. Maddy helped to coordinate a private boat ride through the hotel to Capri accompanied by a lunch reservation.
