Terms & Conditions

By working with travel agency Collecting Travels LLC (hereafter “Travel Agency”) as a client (hereinafter “Client”), Client agrees to the following Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy. Clients should read them carefully before signing their respective Service Agreement (hereafter “Contract”).

Client Confidentiality
Travel Agency agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Client’s confidential information and privacy and shall not disclose or use any confidential information except as necessary to perform the services specified in Client’s Contract or as required by law. The Travel Agency shall take all reasonable precautions to protect the confidentiality of such information and prevent its unauthorized disclosure or use. 

Disclosure of Information
Travel Agency may disclose the Client's confidential information to its employees, subcontractors, agents, and service providers who need to know such information in order to perform the services outlined in Client’s Contract, provided that they are bound by confidentiality obligations no less restrictive than those contained herein. If required, the Travel Agency may also disclose Client's confidential information to administrative authorities, customs houses, transportation companies, tour companies, healthcare providers etc, limited to the performance of the services to be provided within the scope of Client’s Contract. 

Severability & No Waiver
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use is deemed unlawful and/or unenforceable, all other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect. Any failure by Travel Agency to enforce a provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use shall not constitute a waiver of any other portion or provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Amendments and Modifications
Client’s Contract shall not be amended or modified except in writing executed by both parties. 

Assignment
Neither Client nor Travel Agency may assign Client’s Contract or any rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of the other party, except that the Travel Agency may assign this Contract without such consent in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets. 

Notices
Any notices required or permitted to be given under Client’s Contract shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given if delivered personally, sent via e-mail from Travel Agency’s official email address, sent by registered or certified mail (return receipt requested), or sent by overnight courier, to the address set forth in the first page of Client’s Contract.

Social Networking Data
Travel Agency may access personal information from social networking sites and apps, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or other social networking sites or apps not named specifically here, which may include Client name, social network username(s), location, email address, telephone number, age, gender, profile picture(s), and any other public information. If Client does not want Travel Agency to access this information, Client should go to the specific social networking site and change their privacy settings.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Use and Our Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, including all matters of construction, validity, performance, and enforcement, and without giving effect to the principles of conflict of laws. Client agrees that any dispute or lawsuit arising out of, or concerning, Client’s Contract that is not first resolved by arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction located in Cook County, Illinois. Client and Travel Agency assume responsibility for their own collection costs and legal fees incurred should enforcement of these conditions become necessary.
